You will be calling our customers and helping to agree a path forward for outstanding payments of rent but at the same time still ensuring our service is professional, friendly and in line with our company values Documenting conversations and updates, and following company procedures within designated timelines and structures Managing at times, difficult conversations and having the ability to spot and highlight any potential problems to your Team Leader The Person An ability to build great relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike Fantastic communication skills, highly organised with the ability to prioritise what is most important ☎ ️A large part of your day will be on the telephone, so you have got to love talking to customers!
