What you’ll be doing: The people we support are 6 Females with a diagnosis of complex Mental Health Conditions. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being. Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs. Be part of an on-call system, Participate, and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills. Some admin duties will need to be completed This is within a small yet busy, vibrant residential service. Who you are: Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external. Experienced Have a level 3 NVQ or are willing to work towards one Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
