Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
Due to a change in working arrangements, a permanent opportunity has arisen for a part-time Personal Assistant to support a Head of Service within Angus Health and Social Care Partnership Executive Team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, confidential administrative and organisational support.
* Providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Head of Service.
* Managing day-to-day correspondence, emails and calls, including actioning, signposting, delegating, cascading and escalating enquiries as appropriate.
* Proactive diary management, including arranging meetings and coordinating schedules.
* Preparing and issuing agendas, taking minutes/notes and ensuring agreed actions are progressed.
* Liaising with services, partner organisations, external agencies and other stakeholders as required.
* Typing, formatting and collating reports, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Collating and checking information from services to support effective decision‑making.
* Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
