Freelance Senior RTW Designer – Luxury Womenswear
We are seeking an experienced freelance luxury womenswear designer to support the development of an elevated Ready-to-Wear collection for an internationally recognised luxury fashion brand.
The role requires a designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and strong luxury RTW experience, capable of taking a collection from initial research and concept through to final design resolution and technical development.
Scope includes:
* Trend and creative research
* Market analysis and competitor positioning
* Moodboards and fabric/technique direction
* Collection structure and silhouette development
* Design development across dresses, tailoring, tops, and leather
* Technical solutions and garment construction input
* Tech pack creation for final confirmed styles
* Ongoing involvement during fittings and prototype refinement
We are looking for someone with:
* Extensive luxury RTW experience
* Strong tailoring and/or leather expertise
* Excellent technical understanding and garment construction knowledge
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior creative teams
* Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with leading luxury fashion houses is highly desirable.
