PRIMARY YEAR 3 TEACHER Location: Aylesbury Start: September 2026 Full Time: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £29,344–£44,919 Year 3 is where primary school becomes more independent. Pupils are ready to take more responsibility — they just need the structure to do it. As a Year 3 Teacher, you will guide pupils through this transition, building confidence, organisation, and consistency in their learning.
