Salary: MPS - UPS: £31,650 - £49,084 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked) Working Pattern: This is a fixed term maternity cover position working 1.0 FTE, 39 weeks per year We are looking to appoint a class teacher to join our staff team for a fixed term period (maternity cover) of one year from September 2025. This is a full-time vacancy but we will consider applications for part-time. We are looking for someone who: Is an excellent teacher with a proven track record of pupil progress and closing gaps in attainment. Is committed to upholding the school’s ethos, including the Christian distinctiveness. Has evidence of exemplary positive behaviour management skills. Has excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff. Is a reflective and open practitioner, who will seek advice and support and be keen to embrace new ideas and practices. The role may be in KS1 or KS2. We are open to applications from ECTs.
