Kall Kwik Bury St Edmunds, part of the UK's leading business design and print network, has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Sales Administrator in our workwear and promotional products department, to join our busy team in Bury St Edmunds.
Your primary goal will be to respond to customer enquiries, both by email and in-person, and to provide quotations for our branded clothing and promotional products.
Key duties will include:
* Provide estimates to our clients
* To respond to customer enquiries
* To process sales orders
* To place orders with our suppliers
* To ensure customer deadlines are achieved
* To invoice our customers once the work has been completed
Key skills and experience
* Proactive and highly organised, with excellent time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to juggle tasks in a fast paced environment
* Have excellent customer service and administration skills
* Good level of computer skills and in particular, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Be able to work under pressure and to complete tasks within agreed timescales and tight deadlines
