About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind high-quality care services. You'll lead from the front -ensuring compliance, inspiring your team, and delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading day-to-day operations across multiple locations
* Ensuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standards
* Building and mentoring a passionate, skilled care team
* Developing strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
* Driving continuous improvement and service innovation
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
* Exceptional marketing and networking skills
* Proven experience of mobilising new tenders
* Inspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
