* Recruit and train the best people for your team, ensuring they develop operational and leadership skills to deliver exceptional performance.

* Prioritize safety by coaching your team to utilize all security tools, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices, and work collaboratively to achieve results.
* Be welcoming and attentive to customers, listening and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
* Use your energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments, making quick decisions that benefit customers and colleagues.
* Drive beyond expectations, demonstrating integrity and inspiring confidence in your team.
* Stay aware of competitors' activities and continuously seek new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
