Elmwood practises personalised nursing and residential care for a range of requirements, including palliative care, convalescence and respite provision. Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
* Observe and manage residents behaviour, document and report any changes in accordance with legislation.
* Support residents nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
* Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
* Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What Were Looking For
* Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification.
