Full time shift pattern - A shift starts at 10.00 in the morning until 11pm whereby a sleep-in rate is then paid until 7.00. The shift then continues from 7.00 until 10.30.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our team within one of our residential homes based in Halifax or Doncaster.
We provide residential care for young adults aged 16+ who are profoundly deaf, have significant hearing loss, and/or complex needs.
Residents who are deaf or hard of hearing often face communication challenges in daily life. Support workers will help residents overcome these difficulties through training, support, and supervision provided by The Cambian Group.
Responsibilities:
* Providing support and care tailored to each individual resident.
* Assisting with travel using the company car.
* Care planning and meal planning.
* Organising and facilitating social activities.
* Maintaining the home environment.
* Liaising with parents and professionals.
