This role offers the chance to lead and mentor a team within a forward-thinking, established property consultancy servicing Central and Greater London.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of property managers
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Contractors, and Tenants
* Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating empathy and understanding
* Effectively problem-solving while maintaining calm under pressure
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
* Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in Residential Property Management and ASTs
* Strong team management and coaching skills
* In-depth knowledge of current lettings legislation
* Good with technology and property management software
* High level of customer service skills and professional telephone manner
* Ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure
* Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
* Full UK Driving License essential; own car preferred
* ARLA qualification would be advantageous
