The Client
We are partnering with a Series B, venture-backed technology and consulting business whose client roster already includes some of the world's most exciting challenger consumer brands. With the core product thriving, the next chapter will be heavily defined by the quality of the people they bring in - from junior hires to the C-suite.

The Role
As the first Talent Acquisition Manager hire, reporting directly into senior leadership, including a set of founders:
You will own the end-to-end hiring process for predominantly Sales and Operations focussed roles, working closely with founders and department heads to define what great looks. This is high-quality, selective hiring; every search matters, and you will be expected to shape the brief as much as execute it. The expectation is to build trust, adapt and offer value as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full recruitment cycle for Sales and Operations hires
* Partner with senior stakeholders to develop role briefs, candidate profiles, and hiring criteria
* Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines across LinkedIn Recruiter and existing networks
* Track and report clearly to leadership on salary benchmarking, pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasted time-to-fill
Essential Experience
* Solid in-house or agency recruitment background
* Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level, commercial and able to adopt a wider-business perspective
* Strong judgment in candidate assessment for a thriving start-up business
* A prior background in headhunting talent (vs screening applicants)
* The ability to run multiple concurrent searches from start to finish with minimal oversight including top-tier candidate management
Desirable Experience
* A genuine appetite for AI and automation in how you work - using it to drive real operational improvement in the recruitment function

Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus
