Role Overview
As a floor manager, you support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor trading with stylist teams and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
* Ensure customers receive the best experience in-store and respond to the first line customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
* Work with specialist customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online customer service.
* Act as an expert ambassador for our product, inspiring both in‑store and online customers.
* Commercially drive product showcasing, maintain visual merchandising guidelines and promote best‑selling items.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, manage team deployment and coaching to achieve sales targets.
* Proactively handle people matters such as return‑to‑work interviews, performance/attendance management, and investigations.
* Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently to set the store up for success.

Location
Outlet store at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The store typically trades from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, subject to seasonal change.
