Private Client Solicitor - 5+ PQE
Location: Whitechapel, London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a forward-thinking, Legal 500, expanding practice. The role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work, with the chance to build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload including:
o Tax and Trust matters
o Wills and Probate
o Court of Protection cases
* Provide expert legal advice tailored to individual client needs
* Draft, review, and oversee legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and external professional contacts
* Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the department
Candidate Requirements
* 5+ Years PQE in Private Client law
* Strong technical expertise across Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts, and Court of Protection
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure
* Strong IT skills, ideally with experience of working in a case management environment
* Commercially aware, with the drive to develop and progress professionally
* Collaborative and supportive team player
