As a Maintenance Manager you will lead and oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and apprentices, while implementing preventative maintenance programmes and effective procedures. Support quality initiatives, maintain longs and drive performance through sustained KPIs and continuous improvement.
Degree/diploma in Maintenance Management or equivalent
~ Proven understanding of technical aspects mechanical and electrical systems
~ Project management experience
