Overview
Leading Worcestershire firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their Worcester team.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
* Provide advice to clients on property purchase, sale, and associated matters
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
* Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
* Mentor junior team members
* Business development for the department
About you
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with conveyancing software and digital tools is an advantage
