Position Overview: At Thrive, IT is our core business, and ServiceNow is central to our digital platform and strategy.
We utilize ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to deliver world-class management over a CMDB of a thousand companies.
We enable digital transformation starting from our customer portal and by automating processes from the workplace into the cloud.
Our roadmap includes the new Now Experience, mobile and chat capabilities, AI functionalities, and continuous efforts to digitize repeatable work using code, flow, configuration, and integrations.

Qualifications:
* 0-2+ years of ServiceNow experience, preferably in ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB
* 0-2 years as a ServiceNow Administrator or experience with similar tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.
* Basic understanding of form updates, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, etc.
* Experience coordinating tasks and managing projects.
* Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and liaise with developers.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* ITIL experience is a plus.
* Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus.
* Respectful and clear communication skills are essential.
* Self-awareness, humility, and a sense of humor.
