Aftersales Advisor
Do you have a passion for the automotive industry? We are looking for a versatile Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s team in Llandudno North Wales.
You will need to have excellent customer service and upselling skills along with a knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and components.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will:
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
Upsell relevant products and services (VHCs, service plans, and Warranties) with integrity.
Maintaining thorough product expertise and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training, both in person and online.
Provide customers with progress updates on their vehicles
The ideal Aftersales Advisor will need to have/be:
Communication Skills : You can handle a busy phone line and a face-to-face queue with strong customer facing experience
A full UK driving licence and a manageable commute to our client’s North Wales location (Llandudno)
Upselling skills and experience
Automotive systems and components understanding and familiar with manufacturer repair times and standards.
