About the Role
In this varied and hands-on position, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering multi-channel digital marketing activity. You’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Reddit Ads, while supporting SEO improvements through technical audits, on-page optimisation and data-driven recommendations.
Your work will directly support lead generation, strengthen brand visibility and contribute to the growth of digital programmes designed to help young learners reach their full potential. This role offers a blend of autonomy, creativity and strategic input—perfect for someone eager to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (PPC)
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max.
* Conduct keyword research and refine targeting and bidding strategies.
* Test and enhance ad copy and landing pages for stronger conversion performance.
* Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns deliver consistently strong results.
Paid Social Advertising
* Build and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram.
* Use retargeting, lookalike audiences and testing to boost engagement and conversions.
* Support paid activity on Reddit Ads and explore additional platforms where needed.
SEO
* Assist with the delivery of technical and on-page SEO improvements.
* Carry out SEO audits and flag issues requiring action.
* Enhance metadata, internal linking and content structure.
* Support keyword planning and competitor analysis.
Analytics & Reporting
* Build dashboards and reports using GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Track conversions and user behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
* Analyse performance data and share clear, actionable insights with the wider team.
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-focused marketer with a genuine interest in digital performance. You enjoy experimenting, problem-solving and using data to guide decision-making. While experience in education is an advantage, it’s certainly not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
You’ll also bring:
* Experience working in PPC, paid social or SEO within a digital marketing role.
* Confidence using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Familiarity with Reddit Ads—or a readiness to get to grips with it quickly.
* Good understanding of SEO best practice and website optimisation.
* Competence using GA4, Looker Studio and Tag Manager.
* Strong writing skills and high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and clear, confident communication style.
