Now, we are looking for trainee Care Assistants — people who might never have worked in care before but feel drawn to it. What We Offer £12.70 per hour Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week Paid PVG, uniform and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract) Full training provided – no prior experience needed Four-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your career Your Role You’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance.
