Join us and play your part in building the next chapter of some of Britain’s most loved brands.Role Head of Sales - Impulse Retail ChannelResponsibilitiesThis role is homebased with travel to customers and sites.Lead and own Impulse retail sales, covering Convenience and Wholesale, including key customers such as Co-Op, Spar, High Street, Booker, Bestway and buying groups.Negotiate terms, pricing and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.Lead strategic initiatives, including new product development (NPD), pricing strategies, and category expansion.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Operations to drive long-term business success.Develop and implement growth plans to ensure our brands and own-label products thrive in competitive markets.Coach and develop the team to shape the future of our commercial talent.Play a key role in forecasting, ensuring strong commercial decision-making and accuracy in planning.QualificationsProven experience in a senior sales role within Impulse.Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.Experience negotiating and securing new business while driving sustainable growth.Excellent internal stakeholder management, working with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Ability to influence and engage both internally and externally to shape commercial strategy.Mobility is essential, as regular customer and site visits will be key to success in this role.Additional InformationThis is an incredible opportunity to take ownership, drive impact, and work with some of the UK’s best-loved brands.
