We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Administrator to join our innovative team, streamlining operations and maximising efficiency using the latest digital tools. You\'ll play a crucial role in managing course bookings, liaising with trainers and signposting learners, all whilst ensuring seamless user experiences. If you have a knack for organisation, utilising technology, and a passion for empowering learners, we want to hear from you.
This role is based at our training facility in Carmarthen.
Responsibilities
* Support in the arranging and facilitation of digital learning events, advising staff on the appropriate processes.
* Assist the Learning and Development department in general administration duties, ensuring a professional and confidential service at all times.
* Support the Digital Learning Coordinator and the Digital Learning Officer in the planning of a full range of Learning & Development training and education opportunities.
* Assist with the administration of training courses and support individuals booking/accessing their own courses and advising them of the correct course.
* To provide specialist data and information in relation to training by extraction and manipulation to inform training needs.
* Advise staff on the process for completing e-learning modules.
* Be responsible for accurate data entry on the computerised training database for all Health Board staff.
* Assist staff to view competency levels of mandatory training.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and related digital tools.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in education and technology with the ability to empower learners.
