Our client, a well-established organisation in the construction industry is looking for a Part Time Site Administrator. This is a 4 day a week role is split between two sites in Maidenhead and Wallingford. In this role you will support the site teams with H&S compliance, team meetings and general administrative duties. The hours of work are either 7.30am-4pm or 8am-4.30pm 4 days a week. Salary £30,000 pro rata (£24,000) plus benefits. Key Responsibilities Risk and assessment tracking and monitoring Update safety meeting tracker, once contractors have completed H&S paperwork Update rota weekly (Holidays, Inductions, Lates & Training) Manage meeting diary for project team. Confirm bookings for onsite meeting rooms and maintain Stock check of supplies, stationery, printer supplies, consumables Update hire sheet and send to accounts Key Requirements Be a driver and willing to work from other sites/head office when required Confident taking notes from meetings and communicating with Managers/Directors/Op's board members The applicant must have a strong knowledge on Outlook/diary management, Excel and Word To be thorough and pay attention to detail The ability to work well with others Excellent verbal communication skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
