Prior experience in KYC procedures or within the finance or banking sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for preparing reports and managing data. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, internal departments, and external partners. The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a collaborative mindset, will contribute to success in this role. Fluency in both English and Japanese is mandatory to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams and client interactions.

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive support for marketing activities, including administrative tasks, event coordination, and campaign assistance to Marketing Officers.
* Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including account opening, maintenance, and closure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
* Manage various administrative responsibilities such as document filing, data entry, and report generation to support operational efficiency.
* Engage directly with customers, including the Main Lending Office of parent companies, to facilitate communication and resolve queries effectively.
* Collaborate closely with departments such as Operations, Legal, Audit, and Risk Management to ensure smooth processing of credit facilities, including loans and guarantees for CBD1 customers.
* Prepare and present Management Information reports regularly, providing insights into KYC status, pending documentation, and other relevant metrics.
* Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the bank’s integrity and reputation.
* Understand and effectively apply the bank’s internal processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Benefits

Joining our client's team offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal development. The role provides opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within a global banking environment. Additionally, employees benefit from a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and innovation. Flexibility in work arrangements and support for work-life balance are also prioritized to ensure a positive and productive working experience.
