About the Role
Elevation HR is working with a global FMCG business to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist based at their site in Pontefract on a full time, permanent basis. This newly created role has arisen due to the impressive growth this B2B business is experiencing. Reporting into the HR Director, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - from building strong candidate pipelines and headhunting top talent, to delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
* Support hiring managers to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment and selection process.
* Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent pooling.
* Collaborate with employer branding to design campaigns that attract top talent.
* Manage relationships with hiring managers, internal teams and preferred suppliers to support fast, effective hiring.
* Leverage market intelligence, recruitment trends and new tools (including AI) to offer fresh thinking and improve delivery.
* Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Prepare potential candidates for interviews and act as their point of contact.
* Process employment-related documentation including offer letters, contracts and onboarding materials.
* Conduct competitor analysis and report market trends.
* Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and maintain an effective preferred supplier list (PSL).
Requirements
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal role.
* Experience within a manufacturing / FMCG industry or similar.
* Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities.
* Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and source candidates.
