Operational Resilience - Associate Director or Senior Manager London
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational resilience and regulatory compliance? We're seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join a dynamic, collaborative team in London. This role offers the opportunity to build, implement, or assure operational resilience frameworks to meet global regulatory requirements, including the UK's operational resilience regime and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
1. Lead high-quality delivery of client engagements, including stakeholder management, project planning, and quality assurance.
2. Develop risk-based frameworks, policies, and procedures that promote best practices, addressing regulatory requirements and enhancing operational resilience.
3. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
4. Contribute to thought leadership, including white papers and go-to-market strategies.
5. Mentor and develop talent within the team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
6. Represent the organization at industry conferences, promoting its values and expertise.
7. Ensure effective management of engagement risks, costs, and deliverable quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8. Strong expertise in operational resilience frameworks and delivering regulatory projects across areas such as consumer duty, governance, compliance monitoring, operational risk, and more.
9. Knowledge of financial services industry risks, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance.
10. Proven client service delivery and business development skills.
