Responsibilities
Ensure safe, effective, person‑centred care is delivered. Oversee caseload management and service delivery standards. Monitor clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines/policies. Respond to incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns. Manage day‑to‑day running of the service. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), targets and outcomes. Ensure efficient use of resources. Coordinate rotas, cover arrangements and service capacity.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in mental health practice and multi‑disciplinary team working.
* Evidence of service development and leadership within a mental health setting.
* Excellent communication, assessment and decision‑making skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, upholding the Trust's values.
* The ability to mentor students, upholding all our codes of practice.
