Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in the City of Bristol with opportunities for remote work. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
* Strong relationship-building, client management, and communication skills
* Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
* Proficiency in preparing and presenting proposals, reports, and business documentation
* Experience in IT solutions, software development, or digital transformation industries
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with some remote responsibilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills
