Your Role:
As a Seafreight Imports Coordinator, you'll manage import shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of seafreight import shipments
Complete and review customs entries (CDS)
Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers
Monitor and update shipments using freight software
Solve problems and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate records and shipment documentationEssential
Minimum 1 year of experience in Seafreight Imports working for a freight forwarder
Familiarity with freight forwarding software (any major platform)
Strong communication and coordination skills
