What the Job Involves The role involves managing a caseload of Anti-Social Behaviour and Domestic Abuse cases across managed housing stock. You will undertake risk assessments, provide well-documented case notes, and engage in both preventative and responsive actions to mitigate tenancy failure. You are expected to liaise with partner agencies, prepare for and attend court as needed, and ensure that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to. You will also contribute to service planning and development, identifying opportunities for improvement in casework management and service delivery.
