Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding UK&I team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for ShopperTrak Analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for retail analytics and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and property sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
8. Manage CRM and sales reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and performance.
9. Qualifications:
10. Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within retail technology, or related industries.
11. Strong understanding of retail landscape preferred but not essential.
12. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
13. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
15. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
