We are recruiting for a Leasehold Income & Service Charge Officer to join our Homeowner Services team on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in our Eastleigh office.
The main responsibilities include contacting customers in arrears, investigating circumstances, negotiating repayment agreements, and signposting to support services. You will also scrutinise service charge estimates and actuals, liaising with Finance and Homeowner Services Officers to ensure accurate charges.
You will be expected to meet income targets while providing excellent customer service. The role requires familiarity with systems like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OpenHousing, and Ebis. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to work both reactively and proactively to meet response times.
