We are seeking a driven and experienced
Section Manager
to lead the delivery of planned works across a large-scale social housing programme in Wolverhampton. This includes managing void refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, electrical works, roofing, and SHDF-funded elementals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple workstreams.
* Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.
* Coordinate with tenants, client representatives, and internal teams to minimise disruption and maintain satisfaction.
* Monitor progress, budgets, and compliance with health and safety standards.
* Report on KPIs, programme milestones, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing planned works in social housing environments.
* Strong knowledge of voids, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, roofing, and SHDF-funded retrofit works.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications (or equivalent).
* Full UK driving licence.
