At the heart of our mission is a commitment to hiring, developing, and empowering the brightest early talent—individuals with the curiosity, drive, and ambition to make a difference. We train and deploy our junior consultants to deliver high-impact change, transformation, and digital projects for a wide range of clients.
As a Junior Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on real-world initiatives such as technical projects, process improvements, data analytics, or change management. Whether you’re collaborating in person at client sites or working in a hybrid capacity, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
What sets this opportunity apart?
* Dedicated Project Coach – You'll be paired with a coach who will guide your development, offer feedback, and support your journey from day one.
* Personalised Online Learning Platform – Build your professional skills at your own pace with access to a wealth of industry-relevant courses and certifications.
* Pastoral Care That Puts You First – Your wellbeing matters. We take pride in offering a caring and inclusive environment where you’re seen, supported, and set up to succeed.
We’re looking for great communicators, enthusiastic problem-solvers, and lifelong learners who are excited by new challenges. If you're eager to grow your skills, gain or enhance your commercial experience, and be part of a forward-thinking team, this could be the ideal first step in your consulting career.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate the following:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail, capable of producing clear, well-structured documentation under time constraints.
* Confident communication skills, including the ability to present to small groups, respond to questions, and facilitate effective two-way dialogue.
* Proven personal resilience, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive when faced with pressure or challenging situations.
* Fearless approach to new challenges, showing adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone to learn and grow.
* Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively while also managing, planning, and prioritising your own workload independently.
* Clear communication with your line manager to ensure transparency and alignment on tasks and responsibilities.
* Working knowledge of basic office tools, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* A degree in any subject (minimum 2:1) is desirable but not essential – we’re more interested in your mindset, potential, and drive to succeed.
A degree of commercial experience is desirable, for instance having worked in an office environment for a minimum of 6 to 9 months.
