The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Learner Services Administrator to join our busy team. This varied role involves providing administrative support across a range of Programme Areas, including the Corporate Office, while delivering frontline support to students.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students during enrolment
* Assisting with minor IT queries and guiding access to resources
* Signposting students to wider support services across the College
* Carrying out administrative duties within the Corporate Office to ensure a consistent, professional service across all sites
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a retail or office environment
* Strong administrative and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* A genuine interest in working with and supporting people
