My client a successful global Advertising business based in the heart of the City of London is looking for a receptionist/Office Assistant to work 3 days per week - 20 hours a week. Ideal working days Monday, Tuesday & Thursday Working hours 9.00 - 17.00 / 09.00 - 16.00 Temporary ongoing until the end of the year. Duties will include; Greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or office. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls. Handling in-person, phone, and online inquiries. Providing refreshments to guests. Ordering Supplies and liaising with services providers Assisting with IT and HR Assisting with client events Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. You will need excellent customer service skills, good communication skillswhile maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
