Duration: This is a temporary position from 31 July to 2 September 2026. Throughout your first week, you will be required to work from 10:00-19:00 hours. From then, you will be required to work a minimum of 42 hours per week, between the hours of 14:00-23:00 hours Monday-Friday and 14:00-00:00 hours on Saturdays and Friday 28th August. You will be on duty every performance night.
The show runs from 7 to 29 August, with performances on Monday-Saturday. There will also be a Preview performance on 6 August 2026.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with the teams at each hospitality venue to ensure the excellence of the Tattoo hospitality customer experience.
* Check the venue before guests arrive to ensure that all agreed elements of the experience are in place.
* Support hospitality guests’ arrival and departure experiences.
* Support hospitality venues with Tattoo-related queries/issues.
* Gather and share real-time feedback from venues & customers.
* Coordinate and communicate with Customer Experience colleagues.
* Liaise with the Client Experience Manager as required.
* Liaise with the Box Office team daily.
* Attend daily briefings with Customer Experience team.
* Assist the Commercial Partnerships team as required.
