Our client, an innovative waste management company at the forefront of revolutionising the industry with a high focus in sustainability is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their busy team. They are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their CEO & CFO in driving their vision forward.
Executive Assistant to CEO/Office Manager
Full Time. Office based (5 days per week)
Contract: Permanent

As the Executive Assistant /Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO & CFO’s daily activities, ensuring that they can focus on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Your role will involve a blend of traditional administrative support, project coordination and strategic assistance to keep the executive office running smoothly by overseeing all Office Management duties. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO & CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Organise and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute-taking and follow-up actions
Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the CEO
Office Management: Fully oversee office logistics and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, stationery, suppliers and vendor negotiations
Travel Management: Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness

A minimum of 2 year’s senior level EA experience supporting at C -Suite level preferably in a fast-paced blue chip company or similar industry
Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
