Full time Executive Assistant position supporting board level directors based in Northampton. This role is supporting a fantastic charity. Client Details My client is a medium sized UK organisation in Northampton who are looking for an Executive Assistant to cover temporarily with immediate start. Description Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings effectively. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain organised filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information. Support the team with administrative tasks as and when required. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on key projects. Assist in planning and organising events or team activities.Profile A successful Executive Assistant should have: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to keep confidential information A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. A professional and approachable demeanour. Can commute to Northampton 2 days per week.
