Purpose of the Job
To oversee all aspects of facilities management, from planned preventative maintenance to emergency repairs. You will manage budgets, contractors and compliance checks, ensuring everything is completed on time and to standard.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain our stadium and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
* Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to ensure regular and
* effective delivery of services.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
* Manage budgets and expenses related to facilities management services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
* Handle emergency situations promptly to minimise impact.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
Person Specification
* Relevant qualification in building maintenance, facilities management or health and safety (for example IOSH or NEBOSH)
* Experience maintaining facilities and equipment and, when needed, being hands on to complete reactive maintenance tasks quickly and effectively
* Strong knowledge of compliance in health and safety, fire safety and environmental standards
* Practical problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Confidence to take ownership when challenges arise and resolve them quickly
* Experience of carrying our facilities management in a stadium setting is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £40,000 to £45,000 FTE
