Project Quantity Surveyor - £40 - £55k plus car allowance, pension, holidays Civil Engineering Contractor West Lancashire We are working with a well-established and growing civil engineering SME based in West Lancashire, renowned for delivering high-quality work and maintaining an excellent reputation across the region. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support and commercially manage a range of live civil engineering schemes. This role would suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up or an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor currently managing their own civil engineering projects. The Role You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of civil engineering projects, typically including: General civil engineering works Roads and highways Footpaths and public realm works Bridges and associated structures Working closely with the commercial manager, project managers and site teams, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contract requirements, predominantly under NEC forms of contract.
