We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key Account Sales Manager to join the team of a leading provider of publishing services, responsible for building their UK trade business. This is a hybrid role, based 4 days a week in the London or Buckinghamshire office with the remaining day working from home.

The role
This role will manage a portfolio of customers in order to maximise their value working closely with publishers and new business to plan and implement new projects. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven success in a previous sales role and good knowledge of the book industry with knowledge of promoting and selling products and services.
About you
You will have great critical thinking and analytical skills using data-driven analysis to work with management on forecasting, data analysis and price modelling, regularly reporting on activities, sales and market feedback.
Great communication skills and the ability to work well with various teams are key for this role which will be working closely with various departments including the customer services team and content acquisition team to maximise new customer growth and set up new titles from publishers, as well as the marketing team to generate new business leads. You will be confident in approaching new target leads, delivering presentations and managing the full process of new deals including negotiating prices and contracts.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment who has a passion for sales and a customer centric mindset.
