PPA Teacher / TA4 – OL16 Area
Full-Time | Temporary with Potential for Permanent Placement
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in the OL16 area, seeking a PPA Teacher or experienced TA4 to support increased class sizes during the Summer term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic educator with experience across EYFS to KS2. The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting learning across the school and have a strong grasp of the National Curriculum.
While this role is temporary to start, there is potential for it to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as needed
* Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
* Collaborate closely with Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Maintain continuity of high-quality teaching in teacher absences
* Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment

Candidate Requirements:
* Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
* QTS, ECT, or HLTA qualification
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Experience working with children, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs
* A dedicated, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
