Duties:
* Conduct fault diagnosis, services, and repairs to vehicle systems according to manufacturer standards
* Ensure vehicles meet safety, reliability, and performance criteria
* Accurately report vehicle condition, faults, and safety concerns to the Service Manager
* Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with all manufacturer procedures
* Work collaboratively within a friendly workshop team to achieve departmental goals
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and automotive industry regulations
Requirements:
* Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Ideally 1-2 years’ post-qualification experience within a franchise-approved dealership (preferred but not essential)
* Hold a clean UK driving licence with minimal points
* Demonstrate a high level of workmanship within a demanding dealership environment
* Be motivated, committed, and a team player
* Ability to meet targets and work efficiently under pressure
