Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dartford for a 1st Line Service Desk Technician. The 1st Line Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with desktop computer maintenance and repair. This role involves responding to help desk queries, diagnosing problems, and ensuring effective resolution of technical issues to maintain optimal performance for all users.
