DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Customer Account Executive to join our team specializing in Customer Service for Cummins Drivetrain & Braking Systems in Redditch, United Kingdom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own the day‑to‑day management of assigned customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact.
* Build strong, trusted customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term success.
* Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end order life cycle, from order entry through to delivery, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
* Resolve customer queries and escalations proactively, managing each case through to closure.
* Partner with sales, production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on‑time delivery and effective issue resolution.
* Represent the business in customer meetings, supporting account development and growth initiatives.
* Monitor account performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to improve customer experience and profitability.
* Manage EDI processes and forecast‑versus‑delivery analysis to maintain smooth order flow and enable data‑led discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
* College, university, or equivalent degree.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer order management, customer‑facing roles, supply chain, logistics, or international trade.
* Experience managing the end‑to‑end order life cycle for customer accounts.
* Experience with EDI processes is preferable.
* Additional language skills beyond English are advantageous.
