We are looking for an exceptional individual to work as a QC Analyst in our analytical laboratory.
You must have right to work in the UK and minimum 3 experience in HPLC, within a GMP environment. QC experience is a must
The role will involve the testing of pharmaceutical, herbal and veterinary products, method transfer, development and validation.
Responsibilities:
* Preform QC testing - HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, solid dose
* Laboratory troubleshooting
* Ensure all Quality Control testing of raw materials, packaging, finished products and intermediates is performed in accordance with GMP and pharmacopoeial requirements
* Support other team members and departments as required
* Use of LIMS
* Use of LabSolutions
* Ensure routine trending of results in the lab including reporting and investigation of OOS and OOT results, determining root causes and implementing effective CAPA actions
* Develop Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures including safe systems of work
* Support inspections and audits of facilities and ensure that any adverse observations and findings are fully evaluated and suitable CAPA's implemented and closed out in a timely manner
