Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Community Team

An exciting job role has recently become available at Sheffield City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adults Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
Undertake reviews with challenging cases, providing an exemplary service in line with statutory requirements and departmental priorities, to improve outcomes for adults, their carers, and their families. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with health, housing, and other statutory and voluntary agencies to provide consistent, timely, quality, and financially sustainable social work services to adults, their carers, and their families. At all times, identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and ensure appropriate safeguarding practices and measures are observed and in place.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
