This is a long-term opportunity to carry out high-quality repairs and refurbishments across a range of domestic social housing properties. Responsibilities: Carrying out a variety of responsive repairs across void and occupied social housing properties. Repairing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, locks, handles, and hinges. Identifying and resolving minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, and blocked sinks. Completing patch plastering and making good damaged walls or ceilings. Undertaking wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing. Painting and decorating to a high professional standard following repair works. Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively.
